1. Wash two carrots very well.
2. Cut off the top of each carrot.
3. Put the carrots in a blender (or in a juicer).
4. Push the "high" button!
5. Continue blending until the carrots turn to liquid.
6. If you don't like pulp (or the "meat" of the carrot),
pour the juice through a strainer.
7. Enjoy a glass every day for better health!
