Lesson 6: A Funny English Lesson

"Bud Light" is a famous low calorie beer. This "teacher" is trying to teach the students how to ask for a Bud Light using different regional accents. The accent in the south has a little "twang" sound to it. The New York accent sounds quite tough. The Los Angeles accent sounds much more friendly. The final message, I think, is that Bud Light is so good, you won't want to share it with anyone else.

Teacher: Okay, class. If you're in the south, you say "Hey, Feller, give me a Bud Light!".
All Students: Hey, Feller, give me a Bud Light!.
Teacher: In New York you say "Gimme a Bud Light. You got a problem wit dat?".
Student: Bud Light. You got a problem with that.
Teacher: In East L.A you say "Gimme a Bud Light, Homes!".
Student: Gimme a Bud Light, Hooomes!".
Teacher: More importantly, if someone asks YOU for a Bud Light, you say...
All Students: No speak English!
Announcer: Refreshingly smooth Bud Light. Always worth it.
Teacher: Bud Light...
Student: Boooo Lye...
Teacher: Bud Light...
Student: Boooo Lye...
