"Quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten.".
Many people think only about price when they want to buy something. Later, though, if they buy something of low quality and it breaks quickly, they will remember it for a long, long time. Of course, if you buy something that is of very good quality, you will remember that, too. Then, who cares about the price?
